1.Call To Order
Commissioner Sode called the Police Commission special meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Commissioners Sode, Altmann and Barmini
Others in Attendance: Chief Wermes and Sergeant Lewakowski
4. Public Comment
There were no public comments.
3. Approval Of Minutes
Commissioner Sode moved to approve the minutes of the April 17, 2018 Police Commission special meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Altmann.
All ayes.

4. Pending Business
A) Oral Interviews
5. Closed Session
A Motion was made by Commissioner Sode to enter into closed session for the purpose of conducting oral interviews. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Altmann.
All ayes.
Motion Carried
Entered into closed session at 4:29 p.m.
6. Return To Open Session
A motion was made by Commissioner Sode to return to open session. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Altmann.
All ayes.
Motion Carried
Returned to open session at 6:38 p.m.

There was no new business.
8. Adjournment
With no further business to discuss, Commissioner Sode moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Barbini.
