Village of Lakemoor issued the following announcement on July 2.
William Ryan Homes has started construction on their new single-family residential community known as the Savannah of Lakemoor.
Located along Route 120, across from the Village Hall, the Savannah of Lakemoor consists of 75 lots and 13 different home designs that vary in size from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet and range in price from the mid $200,000 to low $300,000.
Other amenities include; 28 acres of open green space/preserved wetlands, a neighborhood park and a future bike path that will connect into the bike route along Darrel Road.
William Ryan Homes is currently working on the first phase of construction, which includes mass grading, utilities, detention, and roadway improvements.
Most of the site work and construction of the model homes/sales trailer is expected by late Fall of 2018.
