Village of Lakemoor issued the following announcement on July 7.
Ella is 4 years old, her favorite color is purple, favorite food is macaroni and cheese, favorite TV show is PJ Masks and her favorite movie is Kung Fu Panda.
Ella is loving, happy and friendly.
Ella is known to check on other children who may be hurt or sad; she is always interested in making sure they are ok.
Ella is very passionate about helping local animals.
More often than not, you will find Ella helping a turtle cross the road safely. Ella is also a great big sister to her little brother.
She is always teaching him new things and when they are not playing together, she will always go check on him just to make sure he is ok.
