Village of Mundelein issued the following announcement on Aug. 9.
The Mundelein Business Alliance cordially invites Mundelein businesses to participate in the Second Annual Bowling for Business fundraiser on August 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lakeside Recreation Center-900 S. Lake Street.
This event is designed to promote business growth in Mundelein. Cost is $35 for three games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and soda. $10 charge for pizza and soda only. Networking begins at 5 p.m. Bowling starts at 6:30 p.m.
In addition to purchasing tickets to participate in the event. The MBA is seeking items for the silent auction. If your business has a product or service that you are interested in donating, please contact Paul Kaufman at paul@mundeleinbusinessalliance.org or Melissa Norton at melissa@mundeleinbusinessalliance.org.
Event organizers also suggest making a purchase from a Mundelein business and assembling a theme basket from products purchased from local stores.
