Lake Forest Schools have announced that the Lake Forest High School (LFHS) Pitch Night will occur on May 22. During this event, select Business Incubator teams will present their startup ideas in a format reminiscent of the television show "Shark Tank."
According to Lake Forest Schools, the LFHS Pitch Night 2025 will feature student business teams from the junior-level Business Incubator course competing for $12,000 in prize funding provided by the LFHS Foundation Partnership. The event offers opportunities for students to attract private investors and advance to the senior-level Business Accelerator course. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the incubator program, where students develop real-world business skills under the guidance of teachers, mentors, and local professionals.
The Lake Forest High School Foundation (LFHS) supports educational initiatives at Lake Forest High School through grants that benefit students, faculty, and staff. Since its inception in 2002, the foundation has awarded over 290 grants totaling more than $2.2 million for projects such as Makerspace, Business Incubator, and 21st-century learning labs.
