Deerfield Park District issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
Take the first step towards a healthier you! Join Wellness Services Coordinator Jennie Michalik for the 5 week seasonal program that will kick start your journey to a better you. The Fall SRC FitStart program will kick off on Monday, October 8 at 7:00 pm at Sachs Recreation Center. The program includes the following:
– 30 Day Membership
– 5 personal training sessions
– 5 Group Nutrition Workshops
– 2 Weekly Wellness Meetings
– 2 Individual Coaching Sessions
– Weekly Challenges with Prizes
– FREE t-shirt, bag, and FitStart Progress Binder
– GRAND PRIZES for most weight and body fat % lost
