State House race: Democrat Yingling wins voter tally in Avon Township Precinct 21

Sam Yingling led Republican Ken Idstein in votes cast in Avon Township Precinct 21 for the District 62 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Yingling appeared to outpace Idstein by a margin of 6.6 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Democrat Sam Yingling, won by a margin of 7.6 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Republican Rod Drobinski, who received 202 votes to Yingling's 235.
