How did Erin Cartwright Weinstein spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Erin Cartwright Weinstein's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Erin Cartwright Weinstein, spent $8,245 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Weinstein's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,257) going to Awesome Campaigns in South Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Weinstein's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
