How did Keith Brin spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Keith Brin's election campaign committee, Friends of Keith Brin, spent $32,347 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Brin's committee spent the most on supplies, advertising, consulting, media print and mailings in the quarter, with all those payments ($21,539) going to Cor Strategies, Inc. in Palatine. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Brin's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
