The campaign committee United Our Community Wins North Chicago owes a $350 fine imposed on May 29, 2018, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $1,350 with Kathy A. January listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 21 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $68,485 in pending fines.
