A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Yes for EMS was the only campaign committee in Antioch that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Yes for EMS has yet to pay was imposed on Feb. 27, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $275.
