Long Grove home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Long Grove rose by $115,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Long Grove in February 2016.
