Long Lake home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Long Lake rose by $20,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $109,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for 2017 was $2,989.70. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,027.40. This marks an decrease of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
