Lake Forest home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Lake Forest fell by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $779,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lake Forest in September 2016.
