Grayslake home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Grayslake rose by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 32.4% increase over the $143,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Grayslake in September 2016.
