Waukegan home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Waukegan rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Waukegan in September 2016.
