Long Lake home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Long Lake rose by $37,600 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 41.8% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in September 2016.
