Lindenhurst home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lindenhurst fell by $12,250 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $212,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Lindenhurst in the third quarter of 2016.
