Ingleside Shore home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ingleside Shore rose by $43,250 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 34.7% increase over the $124,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Ingleside Shore in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingleside Shore for 2017 was $4,103.98. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,229.70. This marks an decrease of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
