Wadsworth home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Wadsworth rose by $100,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 46.5% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Wadsworth in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
