Echo Lake home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Echo Lake fell by $237,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 59% decrease over the $402,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Echo Lake in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
