Ingleside Shore home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ingleside Shore fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 7% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Ingleside Shore in the fourth quarter of 2016.
