Hainesville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Hainesville rose by $33,450 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,900 - a 27.3% increase over the $122,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hainesville in the fourth quarter of 2016.
