Waukegan home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Waukegan rose by $13,050 while total sales decreased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $109,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Waukegan in the fourth quarter of 2016.
