Lindenhurst home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lindenhurst fell by $7,550 while total sales increased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,450 - a 3.8% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Lindenhurst in the second half of 2016.
