Harris Corners home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Harris Corners fell by $22,317 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 11% decrease over the $202,317 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Harris Corners in the second half of 2016.
