Long Grove home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Long Grove rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $605,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $592,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Long Grove in 2016.
