Lincolnshire home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lincolnshire fell by $32,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $441,250 - a 6.9% decrease over the $474,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Lincolnshire in 2016.

The median sales tax in Lincolnshire for 2017 was $13,528. In 2016, the median sales tax was $13,007. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.1%.
