Highwood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Highwood rose by $73,000 while total sales decreased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 24.4% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Highwood in 2016.
