Grayslake home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Grayslake rose by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 466 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $169,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 474 homes sold in Grayslake in 2016.
