Park City home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Park City rose by $30,300 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $129,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Park City in 2016.
