Long Lake home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Long Lake rose by $13,900 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 12% increase over the $116,101 median sale price for the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Long Lake in 2016.
