City of Lake Forest recently issued the following announcement.
Old Elm Road Storm Sewer Replacement/Timber Lane Water Main Replacement Starts June 1.
Please note that for the majority of the duration of the project, Old Elm Road will be closed to thru traffic from Green Bay Road east to Sheridan Road.
Signage will be installed and will re-route traffic north on Green Bay Road to Westleigh Road east to Sheridan Road. Work is estimated to be completed by Saturday, August 31, weather permitting.
