Illinois General Assembly: HB2176 actions on May 21

The following actions were taken on May 21 in the House on House bill HB2176 ("notary public-notice"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Concurrence Senate Amendment(s", "Arrived in House" and "Third Reading - Passed".
