Illinois General Assembly: HB386 actions on May 23

The following actions were taken on May 23 in the House on House bill HB386 ("criminal law-tech"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Concurrence Senate Amendment(s", "Arrived in House", "Added as Alternate Chief Co-Sponsor Sen.
