Village of Lake Bluff recently issued the following announcement.
The Village of Lake Bluff is considering amendments to its Sign Code for the L-1 and L-2 zoning districts to better serve property owners and tenants. The main purposes of the changes are to allow a sign or signs for each tenant in some situations, instead of limiting signs to one per lot, and to provide property owners with the option to get approval for a Master Sign Plan, which would eliminate the need to return to the Architectural Board of Review for a new approval for every tenant sign change.
The full text of the proposed changes can be viewed here. The proposed changes will be considered at the Architectural Board of Review meeting on September 3, 2019, at 7:00 PM at Village Hall, 40 E Center Avenue.
