Lake County Chamber of Commerce sets annual legislative breakfast Oct. 4

The Lake County Chamber of Commerce legislative breakfast is scheduled Oct. 4, 7:30 a.m. at Wedgewood Weddings North Shore/Monterey entrance in Wadsworth.

Among area lawmakers slated to be in attendance are U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Illinois), state Sens. Melinda Bush (D-Grayslake) and Dan McConchie (R-Hawthorn Woods), and state Reps. Daniel Didech (D-Buffalo Grove), Joyce Mason (D-Gurnee) Rita Mayfield (D-Waukegan) and Tom Weber (R-Lake Villa).

Lake County Board President Sandy Hart is also scheduled to be on hand, with opening remarks delivered by Waukegan Mayor Sam Cunningham.

Registration is open with tickets $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Registration deadline is Sept. 27.
