The City of Park City held its regular Council meeting on October 3rd, 2019 at City Hall, 3355 Belvidere Road, Park City, Illinois. Mayor Steve Pannell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

A. Approval of Regular Council Meeting Minutes – September 19th and 26th, 2019
B. Reading and Approval of Bills Payable – October 3rd, 2019 It was motioned by Alderman Eaker and seconded by Alderman Hart to approve items A through B of the Consent Agenda

A. WATER AND SEWER COMMITTEE - Chairman Dennis – General updates, everything is good.
B. LICENSE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE – Chairman Bibian – Absent
C. PARKS AND RECREATION – LIAISON – Alderwoman Ortega – Reminder of Harvest Fest, the event will still be held if there is rain (accommodations will be made). Funds will be used from Parks & Recreation account to provide candies, treats, hot chocolate for the event. Alderman Ortega will remind Chief Holderbaum to provide officers for the Hay Ride.
STAFF, OFFICERS, AND COUNCIL MEMBERS COMMENTS:
A. POLICE CHIEF – Walter Holderbaum – Absent
B. CITY ENGINEER – Kenneth Magnus – No Report
C. BUILDING DEPARTMENT & PUBLIC WORKS – Mayor Pannell – No
Report D. CITY INSPECTOR – Bernard Pondexter – Two sink holes on 7th St and
Knight Ave that need to be taken care of. The cost to repair is $9,900. Mayor Pannell seeking council approval to authorize City Inspector Pondextor to move forward with the repair of the storm sewer when final bid is received. No objections from Council.
E. CITY ATTORNEY – Peter Karlovics – Absent
F. ALDERMAN EAKER: Requesting a copy of City Hall keys for future use in case of emergency. Council has no opposition, Mayor will request for Public Works to make a copy.
TELLE: Expressed concern with the trash issue from Colonial Apartments.
G. CITY CLERK – No Comment H. CITY TREASURER – Absent
