As the General Manager of FitNation, I have the opportunity to work at one of the best gyms in the world! The facility is recognized as one of the top fitness centers in the country by Club Fitness because of our talented staff and inspirational members! I'm so fortunate to be a part of it. I look forward to being a part of a state of the art facility, with first-class service and team members!

With a variety of experience, I am eager to take on my new role as well as get to know FitNation's members and staff. My fitness career started in 2010 when I launched my gym and fitness company (Your World Fitness). From the elite level such as NFL players to college, as well as high school and junior high athletes, Your World Fitness gave me the opportunity to design and manage their fitness and nutrition programs. In addition, I launched a school-wide strength and conditioning program for Marian Central Catholic High School's athletic programs.
From health to wellness, fitness, and entrepreneurial topics, I truly enjoy speaking on and sharing my industry experience with other professionals. My passion for health and wellness is also expressed through social media channels and fitness product promotions. When working with Black Mountain products, I assisted with casting and directing commercials as well as increased social media engagement for the #1 Amazon seller.
I am very fortunate that my career relates to working out and playing sports, both activities I enjoy in my free time. I also love spending time with my family and two dogs, Teddy (labradoodle) and Max (dachshund/terrier).
