Long Lake home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Long Lake rose by $62,750 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 52.2% increase over the $120,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Long Lake in the second quarter of 2018.
