Grayslake home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Grayslake fell by $9,750 while total sales increased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,250 - a 4.3% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Grayslake in the second quarter of 2018.
