Antioch home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Antioch rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Antioch in the second quarter of 2018.
