Wauconda home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Wauconda fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 1.9% decrease over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Wauconda in the second quarter of 2018.
