Lake Villa home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lake Villa rose by $14,600 while total sales increased by 45.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,600 - a 6.4% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Lake Villa in the second quarter of 2018.
