Lincolnshire home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lincolnshire fell by $27,050 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,450 - a 6.6% decrease over the $409,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Lincolnshire in the second quarter of 2018.
