Long Grove home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Long Grove fell by $36,750 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $534,500 - a 6.4% decrease over the $571,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Long Grove in the second quarter of 2018.
