Lincolnshire home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Lincolnshire rose by $108,000 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 27.6% increase over the $392,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lincolnshire in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Lincolnshire for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $13,528, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
