Long Lake home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Long Lake rose by $5,950 while total sales decreased by 53.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,450 - a 4.5% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Long Lake in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,990, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
