Public Comment – Agenda Items: The Board will accept public comment on items included on the meeting agenda
1. Approval: Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 18, 2020
The Board will consider approval of minutes for the February 18, 2020 regular Board meeting.
2. Approval: Treasurer’s Reports/Payment of Bills: March 3, 2020
The Board will consider approval of the regular treasurer’s report detailing revenues and expenses for the reporting period ending March 3, 2020.
3. Appointment: Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Representative
The Board will consider approval of Mayor Taylor’s recommendation to appoint Tim Gavin, from Lauterbach & Amen, LLP as the Village’s Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) authorized agent, authorized to file petition for nomination of an Executive Trustee of IMRF and to cast a ballot for election of an Executive Trustee of IMRF.
4. Executive Session: Personnel (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) and Litigation (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11))
The Board may enter into Executive Session to discuss Personnel (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) and Litigation (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11))
Public Comment: The Board will accept public comment on items of general interest.
