Gurnee Park District issued the following announcement on Sept. 22.
On Tuesday, November 17 at 7:00 pm, talented local artists will be featured in a Virtual Fall Art Show. Virtual Fall Art Show will be shown as a live stream on Gurnee Park District's Facebook Page.
All ages, adults and children are eligible to submit a fall themed entry. Entries are due by 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 12. "Since our Spring Art Show was so successful and filled with so much talent, we felt we had to bring it back this season," Youth Program Supervisor, Sabrina Hinkens Fall themed submissions are being accepted via email. Artists can send to gpd@gurneeparkdistrict.com. All mediums are welcome.
Those submitting artwork are asked to include:
- Artist's name
- Artist's age (optional for adults)
- Title of artwork
- Photo of submission
- Photo of artist with submission (optional)
